A talented tech professional who's good at what they do and confident in their expertise but feels the pressure of an industry moving faster than their network can keep up with. Not overly cocky or anxious, just ready. Think less "desperate job seeker," more "athlete who wants a better team." We need someone who can carry a scene and is confident with dialogue.
